If your skin doesn't feel smoother within 30 days of receiving your order, email us and we'll refund your purchase in full. For a single-towel order you won't need to send it back; for multi-packs we may ask you to return any unused towels.
Returns & exchanges
You can return or exchange KESA within 30 days of delivery in its original condition. Email us to start a return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days of us receiving the item.
Shipping
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $40.
Lost or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for 30 days, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you.
